Dear Friends of the National Mall,
The National Mall is once again coming to life, shaking off the eerie quiet of the past several months of Covid-19 induced quarantine. Monuments and museums were closed and DC residents and tourists cautiously stayed away. Now the Washington Monument has reopened and the Smithsonian is gradually welcoming visitors to some of the Mall museums.

- A newly completed Financing Plan supports the feasibility of the multi-purpose National Mall Underground stormwater reservoir and Mall Welcome Center multi-purpose project.
